Full tilt poker is the closest you can come to playing in a casino. The interface is simple and makes even beginners feel at home and I’d like to share my experiences of the same. I decided to sit at the micro stakes table, where the blinds are one cent and two cents playing Texas Hold’em, six players maximum. And what I got was a poker experience to cherish. Despite the stakes being so low, the standard of poker was brilliant. Very few of the players making pre flop calls with a poor starting hand, I for one decided to play as a policy, only two face cards when in position or suited connectors or pocket pairs at any position. The one time I had cowboys I hit the flop and made a huge pot of a dollar and thirty cents when a guy made kings up the same hand. Overall I enjoyed my poker and stayed at the table for a good two hours.

Then I moved my trade to the six players Omaha hi low table. And it was no surprise that I enjoyed my time on that table too. But it was probably because I ended up in the green in both the tables. I hit the wheel in the very first hand to win the high and the low hand and my streak didn’t end there. My four hold cards kept getting better and I made three dollars on the micro stakes, two cent five cent blinds table. On the whole, full tilt poker was time very well spent. Professional or amateur, full tilt is the place to be. I give it an eight point five

World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2006 was the largest tournament in poker history with respect to prize money. The winner received about $82,512,862 as the first prize. It was the 37th WSOP and was held at Rio Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas.

After a long competition it was Paul Wasicka and Jamie Gold were there at the final table. Gold has a massive chip lead when he started. Gold had heap of about 73.9 million compared to the heap of Wasicka who had only 16.2million. Wasicka had 10H and 10S in his final hand whereas Gold sat with QS and 9C.

Then the game started with Gold making the call. The “FLOP” came as QC, 8H and 5H. This made Wasicka believe that none of them is helped by the “FLOP”. Then suddenly Wasicka made the call as he thought Gold was going to draw. This made Gold to show his pair of queens and thus Wasicka was down.

Now it was required that if a 10 appeared in the “TURN” this could help Wasicka. But the “TURN” was AD.

Thus Gold was almost the champion only the barrier was the “RIVER”. It bought a 4C on the “RIVER” thus making the deal to seal.

So neither the “FLOP” nor the “RIVER” benefited Wasicka and Gold became the new

World Series of poker champion.

Poker won the tournament and received the main even bracelet and prize money of about $12 million.

CD Poker is one among a very few distinguished online poker rooms to make a heavy impact on the online poker industry. CD Poker has undergone rapid expansion in recent times to be an excellent online poker playing venue. The portal has clicked itself with the new age patrons with loads of promotional stuff.

Safety and security:

This is where CD Poker scores the most. The security of your money and transactions done is viewed as the topmost priority by CD Poker. The company uses the iPoker network which is very well known for its safety standards and no errors in transactions have been observed. Apart from these the sites financial transactions are verified by a number of agents including VeriSign.

Gaming Software:

Most of the online poker games use a software package from which you play online. CD Poker also uses a similar software package from the iPoker network. The software does not look so great and exciting but still delivers what matters the most, a smooth and fast software program. The only drawback of the software program is that it has laid too much detail into various unnecessary stuff such as detailed chairs, rugs and dealers which clutter the window.

Site traffic:

Online poker becomes most interesting when many players are available. At CD Poker you will virtually be able to find a game according to your preferences. This is because at any given time during peak hours you will be having more than 8,200 fellow players for company. CD poker allows 5% on a $3 rake, which is by and far very standard. CD poker has a special rake free Micro limit game. This definitely is an advantage for a new player to learn the nuances of the game before going into the real games.

Game Variety:

CD Poker has a good variety of games. The games include the likes of Texas Holdem, Omaha Hi-Lo, Omaha Hi, The Five-Card Draw and Seven-Card Stud. Almost all of the possible games are available in No-Limit and Pot-Limit. If that isn’t enough, you can get stakes from as little as 50 cents to $1 and in the range of $30-$60 in the fixed games segment itself.

Deposit and Withdrawal options:

CD Poker allows you a wide range of payment options such as Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, ClickandBuy, Click2Pay, Moneybookers, and Wire Transfer. The Transactions are secure since they employ transaction security services utilized by many online banking establishments.

Hits and Misses:

CD Poker scores high on customer support. It has a 24/7 customer support through phone, online live chat, or by email. Every month iPoker netwok guarantees a huge $16 million in returns. For loyal patrons they have special VIP areas. CD Poker provides real time transactions and game histories for referring back on your journey through the Poker world at CD Poker.

As any online poker gaming portal CD Poker runs the risk of running at a little slower pace than the standard. It also has slightly lesser players on board during non peak hours. And most importantly it’s a strict NO-NO for US players.

By far CD Poker gives a fair deal of experience in the Online Poker World.

Like many others, glamorous casinos ruled my fantasies for many years. More so, because I have seen people turning themselves from beggars to kings, all that in less than a year. It was just a few days back, when I actually got an opportunity to witness the fiesta myself by playing poker and realised the various sublimed secrets of this game.

Unlike most of the betting games, it is not only your luck, which will make you a winner while playing poker. Although it covers a good bite, the knowledge of some smart logical moves is necessary to become a good poker player. The strategy after having a good hand should be building the pot high enough by betting aggressively and raising the betting amount quickly but logically. Observing the betting habits of your opponent is also highly required so that you can predict his future moves and properly guess the status and position of your opponent. Another point worth mentioning would be stealing the pots while playing at a loose table. It can be quite tricky but after winning, you could expect bigger payoffs. On the other hand, at a tight table, you should bet aggressively to win some early small pots, but be careful enough to avoid bluffs and forceful payments. Again, a watchful eye on the betting nature of other players will help you know the pros and cons associated with the table you are playing.

Although it had not turned out to be a charismatic night for me, I ended up with some good cash with a less than nominal investment. Thus, definitely, I can be marked as a good player and I am really looking forward to try my hands again!

Without a goal in life, there is no success. In case of achieving success in a game of poker, you need to follow some plans and strategies. The necessary element to be a successful gambler or a poker player is bankroll, knowledge, money management and discipline.

Many a times many for the gambler are unsuccessful the primary reason is lack of loss limit and lack of a win goal. Loss limit is that limit you set on what your losses will be for a certain day. You can continue playing until your reach the loss limit or you reach the goal that has been set by you. This limit will help you to prevent your chances of becoming bankrupt.
The win goal is the amount you have set while you start to play with poker game. This goal must be set before you start to play or bet not after you have started playing. The goal that you want to set must not be very high as it will not be easy to achieve so if the goal will be small it will be easy to reach that point and you can have a higher returns.

Thus you see gambling is not an easy to earn money but a tough one. As it depend on your pay and luck. If you set a high goal and if you are unsuccessful in achieving it then, you might face a huge loss. So to be a regular winner set the goal to a small amount so that you can have a higher amount.

In a Poker game, a term that one comes across very often is the bankroll. What is a bankroll? It is an amount set aside by you to play the game of poker only and not for any other purpose.

In this game, the first thought is that the players bet everything whatever they possess without thinking of the result what will happen if they lost the game. This problem is solved if you have a bankroll kept aside for the game. It includes the extra money that you do not need to give as rent, food, etc. Thus, you can play free of tension, as you do not have to worry, since your basic amenities will not be affected even if you lose the game.

The second hypothesis is that once you start playing a game of poker, there is chance of addiction to this game. This addiction might lead you to self-destruction since in order to win the game you tend bet everything you have and in the process become bankrupt. Keeping a bankroll will help you to utilize the money sensibly and efficiently. The main things, which help you to win the game of poker, are staying in control, having command, a clear mind and discipline.

Make a proper use of the bankroll and if your find you are no more in positions to continue then do not hesitate to step back. As there is no one in the world who always wins but the fact is that, the real winners are the one who have the ability to take right decisions.

Introduction:

The 3 Card Poker game is actually a collection of two Poker games. First is the Ante and Play game where the players play against the card dealer to determine who wins. The person with the highest value wins. The next is the Pair Plus game where the person is betting on if the cards being dealt consist of a pair. If it is not a pair then it should be a couple of higher valued cards in order for the player to win against the dealer. In most of the Casinos, there is a rule that the person has to place an bet for the Ante game before he can place a bet for the second part of the 3 card poker game, the Pair plus game.

The Game-play:

There are three areas, the Ante, the Play, and the Pair Plus, in which a player can place his bet. The player sets his bets for the games until the minimum amount the person has to bet has been reached and the game is started with each player being dealt with three cards from the shuffling machine. The win or loss of a round is based upon the value of the dealer’s hand of cards. If the dealer does not have a higher value card than a queen, he has to fold and give money to the bets placed in the Ante circle and the bets in the Play circle is returned. If he has a higher than queen card all other player cards are checked and the person who has the highest value cards would be the winner and would take the betted amount.

Strategy and Rules:

The best strategy for the Ante game in 3 Card Poker is that if the card that was dealt is of lower value than Queen, 6, 4 then you should fold. If not then you should continue playing and make the Play bet if the hand is of higher value. The condition can be checked by looking at the first card, if it is a queen or a higher valued card then do not fold. If second card is of higher value than 6 continue the play regardless of the third card. If it is lower than 6 in value then fold.

The Pair Plus game too has a simple strategy. It is based on if the three hand cards are a pair or higher valued hand. It does not matter if the dealer has a higher hand or not, it is based only on the cards that you have. If the cards that has been dealt is a pair or a couple of higher valued cards, then you win else you lose the game. It is more of a chance game and the probability of getting a pair is about 25%, which is a very good probability.

Conclusion:

The popularity is mainly due to the easy game-play and is fun with a lot of comradeship to beat the dealer since the players are not playing against each other.

Strategies that you can follow for your video poker games

So here are a few good thumb rule poker strategies that are based on the cards that are first dealt to you by a machine that will give you your money in return for a high pair. This is for online poker games. Here the tip is based on a fact that you generally are not dealt with a possibility of any sort for higher paying hands. According to this online poker tip if you have no pair then you have to throw away the cards and then pray to get a better hand. If however you do get a pair then you can keep the pair and go on to draw about three cards.

Do not keep any other card in hand. Some people in many cases think that as a machine pays off even for jacks they tend to keep the jack and any higher pair that they can get hold of. This might not in any case increase the chances for you to win the game. According to some online poker tips this is what decreases the chances of you winning the game significantly. If you do get a hair pair then do keep the pairs in hand unless you have cards numbering to three or even four to a straight flush, a royal flush or any of the three paying hands that are listed on your machine. Now come more options. What if you do have two pairs? Then hold both these pairs and then pick a single card.

Do not ever draw to inside straights. Keep them so that you may end up getting a royal flush which everyone is looking to get. Always keep three of a kind and then draw two more cards. Keep four card draws that may help in high pay backs. Always make sure that you hold a full house. This consists of five and four of a kind a straight and a royal flush.

Getting rakeback is what has become one of the most contested issues recently in the field of online poker. Players of online poker tournaments have to be cautious. Many of the online poker rooms do not offer any rakeback and hence do not allow the affiliates also to offer these rake backs in online poker.

Regardless of this there are however many of these affiliates which are still offering deals for their online poker tournament players which conflict with their agreements of the online poker rooms. Players who are generally associated with such online poker sites will have the risks of getting their winnings fortified and also having their accounts closed. It totally is the duty of these players to find out if their sites are allowing it or not.

Conventionally according to poker wisdom of the old, many say that the best of the online poker tournament players are those people who win all the money. This may be very true but in this case it is not for the skill of the player but it is the rake. The rake is what prevents the poker game from being a zero sun game.

This is what makes all the losers in a game lose and also all the winners of the game win. There is a set percentage of each of the pot being taken away from the table. This means that the decent players will now have to go through these long stretches while making very little or no money at all. In the low limit games the rakeback can be so high that when it is compared to the stakes that do make the game quite unbeatable in the long run.

This may also be one reason why when poker advice is given to beginners they are asked to build a bank roll as quickly as they can and then get out of the low limit games. In the real scenario this may not be possible and hence most of the new comers do play their games longer than they actually want to. According to many, rakeback in online poker is the most wonderful creation of this boom in this field of poker. How it helps is to have a deal between the house and you to get back at least a small portion of the rake that you do pay and then put it in to your bank roll.

Getting real rake deals

To get these real rake deals you will have to sign up for player accounts that are new and have to participate by clicking on links from the affiliate sites. This is so that you do have one account with the absolute poker. This is because you cannot get your rake from anywhere and everywhere and hence you need to do this so that you can get your money from the right source and also not be cheated from getting your money.
